Customer Insights Manager, Johannesburg

A leader in the telecommunications and digital arena is looking for a Customer Insights Manager. The successful candidate will lead with market research to develop a clear and comprehensive view of the client experience, identifying opportunities for product and process improvement, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Use research to improve customer experience and behaviour
• Create alignment with our product and service o?ering
• Create customer focus groups
• Build internal client relationships
• Completion of qualitative and quantitative data analysis with measurable results to improve business strategic objectives
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to promote impactful change 

Requirements

• 3+ years of analytics experience, background in customer intelligence a plus
• Strong proficiency with complex statistical analysis and memorable presentation skills
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Excellent writing and editing skills

Quali?cations

• BCom Honours or higher in relevant ?eld
