Qualification

• Tertiary qualification in HR or Training and Development

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in the training field and Corporate Social Responsibility projects.
• Experience of SETA processes and funding opportunities
• Experience in the agriculture and manufacturing environment
• Computer literate in MS Office

• Valid Driver's Lisence
• Strong administrative and facilitating skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Integrating training services with Human Resource systems and alignment thereof with the company's strategic business goals
• Needs assessment, planning, budgeting, and coordinating of the training program
• Identifying, implementing, and monitoring community development projects
• Administrative duties including funding applications, communicating with various State Departments and organizing functions and meetings pertaining to training and community development
• Liaising with various SETA's, service providers, and funding organizations.
• Assisting with the selection and support of tertiary students, internships, and leadership together with the relevant departments
• Researching and sourcing of relevant training programs that can add value to employees
• Assist with the company's BBBEE and EE strategy.
