Summary

Our client, a leader in the services industry is urgently seeking a Japanese speaking Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Provide support and guidance to Corporate client/s
• Customer liaison and after sales support
• New business development

Competencies:

• Bilingual in English and Japanese
• Computer literate – Word, Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Neat and presentable
• Excellent communication, organisational and costing skills
• Have sound geographical knowledge - local and international
• Must be able to converse on all levels
• Valid Code 08 drivers' license

Qualification and Experience:

• Matric
• Preferably sales/marketing qualification at a higher educational level
• Minimum of 2 years relevant domestic and international sales experience in the removal industry
