REPAIR TECHNICIAN-SUPPORT SERVICES, Johannesburg

Responsibilities:

• Must be Punctual
• Candidate should have strong communication skills
• Must have at least 3 years' experience in Repairs
• Must have his own Reliable transport, and available to work on Weekends.
• Must be able to work with a Team and without supervision
• Should be Technically inclined
• Have good time management.
• Ability to repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
• Maintain and update system documentation and service ticket records.
• Troubleshoot and repair end user devices and systems in a bench environment.
• Implement low risk, well understood changes using existing tools and processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures as documents in the knowledge management system.
• Work with the team and escalate as needed with the assistance of management.
• Maintain and update system documentation and service ticket records.

Requirements

• Matric Certified
• Min 5 Years' Experience
• Must Have own car and be available for standby after business working hours
• Police clearance
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
