The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with the customer.
- Coordinate with various teams so that the customer's expectations are met.
- Ongoing assessment of a client's needs and business objectives.
- Upgrade, upsell, and renewal of customer services and solutions.
- Generating new sales using the existing customer base.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams, as and when needed
- Meeting with customers on a regular basis.
- Target-based role.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Assist customers via e-mail, phone and meetings respectively.
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of Our Client's product offerings.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Updating all activities, including discussion points, meeting summary, and general customer requirements daily.
- Provide feedback on any service-related concerns raised by a customer, to be handed over to the Service Team.
- Ensuring that the service-related concerns are dealt with and followed up with internally.
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years in a Sales Type role.
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications Industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A polite, friendly, and diplomatic manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good negotiation skills.
- The ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once.
- An excellent understanding of client care.
- Good motivational skills.
- Good common sense and logical thinking.
- Target driven.
- The ability to relate to a wide range of people.
- The ability to thrive under pressured or stressful situations.
