Our client in the Banking Sector requires an Agile Coach on 12 months, to define the enterprise agility implementation strategy in line with Lines-of-Business Enterprise Agility transformation strategy to execute on the organisation's strategic goals. Implement and continuously adapt lean agile ways of working in collaboration with team members.

Experience Description:

• Has experience in implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments
• Practical experience in working in a variety of business areas with IT Understanding experience of the various disciplines within IT and how the relate to each other.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment
