Call Centre / Switchboard Operator, Johannesburg

This position is a newly created role, a great opportunity for Inexperienced Call Centre / Customer Services Agents to join a dynamic company full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering and directing telephone calls as well as receiving and directing visitors?

Duties:

• Cancelling and retaining customer orders
• Liaising with external parties via phone and email
• Working closely with internal teams ensuring customer receive a smooth service
• System administration, ensuring to enter details accurately and cancel customer orders correctly
• Keeping other teams updated on any cancelled orders
• Dealing with customer over the phone, providing a professional service
• Assisting with administration where required

• Ability to work well under pressure
