What will you be doing?
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Discussing a variety of products available to find the most suitable for the customer
- Up selling and cross-selling products
- Processing orders on the system
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Good product knowledge
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within customer service / sales - contact centre experience not essential
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Motivated and hardworking individual
- Excellent IT skills
