This is an ideal role for an inexperienced call centre agents, looking to grow within an organisation that promotes a fantastic work life balance and self-progression.

Duties for the role include:

• Managing a high level of incoming calls and dealing with each call with maximum confidentiality
• Liaising with external businesses to assist vulnerable customers
• Achieving targets
• Follow strict regulatory guidelines
• Ensuring that documents are completed correctly and submitted within given timeframes
• Ensure all calls are dealt with in a time efficient manner to ensure smooth running of the call centre
• Liaise with other departments within the business to ensure customers' demands are met.
• No experience needed, training will be provided to all candidates.
