Lead Production Technical Assistant, Johannesburg

The purpose of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by professional conduct, regular feedback sessions, open communication, knowledge of the business and meeting deadlines.

Work closely with Engineering team to investigate problems and find solutions- Interact with Engineering Department.

Participate in Design Review Panel.Visiting branches and customers, where necessary.

Prepare technical documentation for products in development and production.

Perform any reasonable adhoc tasks and duties required by management.

Deal proactively and directly with internal and external customers to ensure that issues are resolved timeously, complaints are fully understood and dealt with, expectations are met and relationships strengthened.
