Internal Sales Coordinator, Johannesburg

Requirements:

• Previous Internal Sales experience.
• Well-spoken and very fluent in English.
• Computer literate: Microsoft excel (Advanced), Word and Outlook.
• Must have previously worked on Pastel Evolution.
• Attention to detail and report compilation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator with fellow co-workers and team player.

Responsibilities:

Phoning and Capturing of all sales orders in the system.
• Report compilation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis on sales volumes, prices, promotions and returns.
• Processing and printing and checking of sales Invoices daily.
• Compile a production/stock shortage recon for the Processing facility.
• Ensure that all customers orders are placed based on the following days route plan and that promotions are loaded.
• Ensure that the picking list are received on time by the Dispatch Manager.
• Assist the external Sales Representatives with administration functions.
• Assist with processing of credit notes or any other administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
