Senior UX and Design Specialist, Johannesburg

We are looking for a seasoned UX individual who takes their career seriously but likes to have fun and add value!

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UX discipline, strong instincts for design and content development, a creative approach to usability studies and feedback, as well as an entrepreneurial and confident attitude.

Responsibilities will include planning, visual prototyping and ensuring that work is timely, impactful and relevant to our needs.

You need to think about the User journey and experience but this time really showing you have addressed the problem by taking care in understanding customer gripes to another level.  You will do this through your design enabling an easy flowing, logical and responsive experience...allowing customers to feel understood and have a positive experience in terms of headaches such as billing, cancellations etc.

• Detail oriented, with strong organisation and process skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints,
• Strong visual and interaction design skills,
• Agile Project Delivery Methodology and Tooling
• HTML, CSS. JavaScript advantageous
