Social Media & Website Chat Copy Writer, Johannesburg

We are in need of a Social Media & Website Chat Copy Writer who can connect with our customer base through webchat and social media channels. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with customer through our webchat and social media channels. 

Responsibilities:
? Write high-engagement content that reflects our brand's voice
? Support the Marketing, PR and Customer Service to develop a variety of content marketing materials
? Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines
? High quality customer service
? Engage with customers online and assist them to navigate their online journey seamlessly on our brand websites
? Generate leads on our websites based on your engagement with customers through webchat

Preferred Skills:
? Degree, diploma or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
? Webchat engagement
? Demonstrated success in managing a business online presence, specifically webchat and social media.
? Experience in producing copy for digital, print and broadcast channels
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Communicator and Outlook
? Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emoji's and acronyms
? Solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred

Weekday - 17:00 to 22:00 | Weekend - 8:00 to 20:00 | Public Holiday - 8:00 to 20:00
