HR Generalist/ Business Partner, Johannesburg

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have an HR or similar degree
• At least 5 years generalist experience is essential
• Previous experience in a multinational would be preferred
• Must have good numerical understanding and skill for payroll
• Must have significant IR experience

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving HR initiatives and projects
• Overseeing and reconciling payroll which is outsourced
• Ensuring alignment of HR processes and policies
• Talent Acquisition and recruitment process according to company policy and procedures
• Managing employee and industrial relations policies and procedures, and coaching staff and management on performance management processes
• Facilitating change, transformation and succession planning initiatives
• Reporting monthly on people metrics and recommending necessary adjustments to senior management with a view of enhancing business unit performance
• Business partnering to CPD or Commercial teams
• Corresponding recommendations regarding training, benefits and compensation.

Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience.
