Recruitment Specialist - Civil Engineering, Johannesburg

A Specialised Recruitment Consultancy is on the hunt for exceptional recruitment professionals with experience in recruiting for the Civil Engineering Industry. The successful incumbent should be a solid all-rounder, strong with new business development as well as work and produce independently.

We are looking for either an experienced Recruiter (5 + yrs) who has placed with one or more of the following Sectors of the Civil related

Industry: Contractors, Project Managers, Consulting Engineers

Or someone interested in recruitment who has some civil related qualification and has had at least 5+ yrs exp

Working in one of the above industries.

The responsibilities will include the following:

• Achieve set sales targets.
• Achieve consistent activity.
• Select and recruit candidates according to client needs.
• Repeat business through developing and maintaining healthy client relationships.
• Develop Candidate and Client database.
• Demonstrate understanding of the recruitment industry.
• Demonstrate business acumen through identifying opportunities and growing business.
