Learnership and Skills Development Business Development Consultant -JHB Perm

This is one of the most important positions you will ever have, to influence South African organisations to invest in the upskilling of youth employment in South Africa so that our economy can flourish but more importantly that there is meaningful work available for the youth of SA

It is critical that you come from a training organisation background where you successfully and consistently sold learnerships and skills development consultants

You will manage your desk like it is your own business and manage on outputs and targets

Belonging to one of the largest Human Capital organisations will make it that easier to open doors

You will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities

1 Cold Calling and setting up appointments

2. Identifying interest and speaking to the right stakeholders such as HR and transformation

3 Meeting with clients and presenting value proposition

4. Consulting with them about their transformation

5 Strong Knowledge of BEE points you can claim from learnerships

6 Follow up and closing the deal

7 Handing over to operations team 

8. Retaining and looking after the relationship to ensure high retention and absorption of learners

9 Ensure a high level of service is rendered at all times

10. Monthly meeting of targets
