Recruitment Trainer, Johannesburg

A position for a Recruitment facilitator exists within the Corporate / Recruitment sector.

You will be responsible for training the full 360? lifecycle of the recruitment process, have one on one at desk training assessments, identifying gaps and assist with training in different branches where the need arises. You will also be responsible to do group training and needs to have the confidence and communication to speak in front of a group of people. Right profile for this role will be someone that has done Recruitment in an eternal agency for a few years and looking to move into training / development

Requirements for this position:

• Must come from a Recruitment background in an external Recruitment agency (at least 3 – 5 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader in this space)
• Own Car and driver's license essential
