Requirements:

• 3+ Years' experience in Agency Recruitment (full 360° recruitment function, Generalist or Specialist).
• Proof of billings/sales targets reached (R1,2M – R1,5M per annum in billings are expected).
• Steadfast track record of previous positions held.
• Networking, business development and cold calling abilities.
• High energy and mature/professional.
• Independent and team playing capabilities.
• Valid Driver‘s License and own vehicle.
