Develop and lead sound strategic media plans based on client marketing direction and the use of media research Clearly and persuasively present media plans in written and face-to-face to peers and clients Synthesise information accurately and efficiently to guide campaign development and execution Manage client relationships Activate on clients needs for digital, print, OOH, TV and mobile media Manage the flow of client media-related issues based on changes in direction, goals and budgets Intuitively solve problems Foster a good working relationship across the agency and with client points of contact to facilitate flawless execution of plans Review work completed by junior resources and provide recommendations for improvement Manage and train all team members Conduct work and performance reviews, inductions, and staff training Digest details about client's products and services and present key points to outside parties Maintain good rapport with sales representatives and vendors; ensure vendors work collaboratively to deliver original solutions to satisfy client needs Explore media alternatives and be naturally innovative in recommending media solutions Be revenue conscious and set accurate revenue targets and projections Determine the solution, deliver the recommendation and stand behind it
