It is a place where men and women can wax it expertly and discreetly, free from the intrusions that come with visiting full-service salons. Celebrating our 9th birthday next month with 24 stores operating countrywide and two more opening in July and August, we are the masters of sleek and silky with a focus on AVAILABILITY, QUALITY, COST, HYGIENE and PRIVACY.

As part of our vibrant and energetic team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies and driving our brand forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to marketing campaigns and strategies
• Assist marketing team with new store launches and special projects
• Support the Head of Marketing with daily tasks and coordination
• Manage website updates and ensure content is current and engaging
• Schedule and publish content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and monitor performance
• Compile presentations and monthly digital stats for franchisees
• Coordinate marketing requests from franchisees and liaise with design teams
• Obtain quotes from advertisers, printers, and promotional houses; coordinate design and production
• Assist with promotional items and brand events
• Copywriting and proofreading of marketing materials
• Manage Influencer relationships and campaigns
• Ensure all content is inclusive, on-brand and consistent

Skills and Qualifications

• Sales and/or Marketing tertiary qualification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, online analytics, Google Ads, Canva, Meta and similar
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license
• Own transport preferred.
