We will rely on you to:

Gather necessary information from client or insurer for renewal and analyse renewal terms from market
Prepare quote comparison (quoting slip) and follow up with client regarding renewal instructions
Request and process invoices
Issues and queries escalated to client executive prior to final documents sent to client


What you need to have:

3-5 years experience in general insurance
Diploma or university degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Fluent written and spoken English
Proficiency knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fully FAIS and RE compliant


What makes you stand out:

Excellent understanding of corporate general insurance
Fluency in Afrikaans is a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines
