Customer Experience Executive, Johannesburg

Our client in the Automotive Industry, Northcliff, is looking for a Customer Experience Executive.

Minimum Qualification:

• Grade 12 is essential
• Customer facing certification or diploma
• Leadership skills

Experience:

• At least 2-years of experience in a customer interfacing role

Role Description:

• Provision of an excellent support service which will ensure a functional and seamless on floor customer experience in which the showroom floor is effectively supervised and supported.
• To ensure optimal customer service to a client on completion of a sale for preparation of the car to be purchased and collected. Ensuring effective onsite customer service as well as after care service.

Evaluations:

• Accurate Evaluations of cars 
• Ensure proper vehicle inspections administered to identify if cars are worth keeping
