Hiring: Junior dental assistant (JHB)

The Junior Dental Assistant will support the dental team in providing quality care to patients. This entry-level role involves assisting in dental procedures, maintaining a clean and sterile environment, and ensuring patient comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during procedures (e.g., taking x-rays, preparing instruments).

Maintain patient comfort and explain treatments.

Sterilize dental instruments and ensure infection control.

Keep treatment rooms clean and organized.

Handle basic administrative tasks, including patient records and appointment scheduling.

Qualifications & Skills:

Matric or equivalent.

Enrollment in or completion of a Dental Assistant program or similar

Basic knowledge of dental equipment and procedures.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
