The purpose of the position:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management systems professional, you will implement and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Management systems solution to achieve defined business goals.
The successful incumbent will spend most of their time working with a wide variety of clients and colleagues to deliver the latest trends, practices,
technologies, and architecture to design, build and maintain scalable and robust solutions that unify, enrich, collaborate, and deliver value.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and advice business process improvement on SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management systems enablement initiatives.
  Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous
  enhancements.
  Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  Manage the SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
  Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the clients' area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional
  area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new
• Key Requirements
• Qualifications & Experience
  Minimum of a National Diploma in IT or equivalent work experience.
  Minimum of 6 years' experience of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management
  systems
  Knowledge and experience with the following SAP modules:
  SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management systems
  Proven experience in SF implementations at multinational companies.
  Minimum 1 year End to End implementation experience in SF Learning Management systems.
  Understanding of business processes related to SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management systems and Employee
  Central.
  Good to have minimum knowledge in the additional two SF modules.
  Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management systems.
  Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of
  processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
  Ability to travel to client sites.

  Conversant with SAP Support model and process.
  Conversant with SAP SuccessFactors release updates.
