Key Responsibilities:
Website Development: Use Webflow to design, build, and maintain websites for multiple brands across different regions.
UI Design: Design and maintain user interfaces for platforms and mobile apps.
Brand and Product Communication: Assist with graphic design work, including social media posts, HTML mailers, and sales collateral.
Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for organic content and advertising campaigns.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with development, platform, and compliance teams to ensure website designs align with company goals and regulatory standards.
Prototype and Test: Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.
Project Management: Manage multiple web design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Webflow: Proven experience designing and developing websites using Webflow.
UI Design Expertise: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Technical Skills: Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work, especially in financial services or similar industries.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
