Key Responsibilities:

- Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels.

- Interpret job specifications accurately and match candidates effectively to client requirements.

- Conduct professional, structured virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates.

- Provide consistent updates and feedback to the recruitment team.

- Maintain a high level of candidate and client professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment, with strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills.

- Engineering and technical recruitment experience is essential.

- Ability to read and understand technical job specs and assess candidate suitability accordingly.

- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing tools.

- Reliable internet connection, smartphone and a laptop

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional in approach.
