Key Responsibilities

Manage the full home loan application process — from initial consultation to bond registration — ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, developers, and financial institutions to generate new business opportunities.

Stay informed about changing interest rates, market trends, and lending criteria to provide up-to-date advice.

Ensure all documentation and applications meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance performance and client satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales and service targets as set by management.
