Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

to lead their marketing strategy and shape the future of telecommunications in Africa!

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive revenue, customer engagement, and brand growth.

Lead brand management and customer experience initiatives across all platforms and channels.

Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer insights.

Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring high ROI on all marketing activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Service) to ensure integrated marketing strategies.

Stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital transformation within the telecom sector.

Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship for career growth.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

Experience: 10+ years in senior marketing roles, with proven leadership experience in the telecommunications, tech, or digital sectors.

Skills: Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, data analytics, and customer acquisition and retention.

Leadership: Experience managing large teams and multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on results.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the African telecom market, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
