Store Assistant Manager/ Retail Managers , Johannesburg, South Africa

We are currently recruiting experienced  Store Assistant Manager / Retail Managers to join a leading national retail group within the health and wellness sector.

This role is suited to hands-on leaders with strong operational experience and the ability to drive store performance, manage teams, and maintain high customer service standards.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years' retail management experience (FMCG / supermarket environment preferred)

• Proven experience in store operations, stock control, merchandising, and team leadership

• Strong understanding of customer service and sales performance

• Experience with admin processes, reporting, and retail systems

• Computer literate (MS Office)

• Valid driver's license (essential)

• Own reliable transport (advantageous depending on role level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support overall store operations and performance

• Manage and lead teams to ensure operational excellence

• Oversee stock control, replenishment, and shrinkage

• Maintain merchandising and promotional standards

• Ensure high levels of customer service

• Assist with staff scheduling, performance, and daily admin
