Hiring: Personal Assistant
Location: Midrand, Johannesburg (In-Office)
Type: Permanent
Salary: Market-related 

 

Job Purpose

Provide administrative and operational support to the National Sales Manager, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, communication, and sales activities. This role plays a key part in improving efficiency and supporting the execution of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the National Sales Manager's diary, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and minutes
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation
  • Handle correspondence and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
  • Track sales performance data and assist with reporting
  • Support pipeline management and sales administration
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with project coordination and sales initiatives
  • Maintain organised filing systems and administrative processes

Key Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience using a CRM system (Zoho preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
