Job Overview:

We are recruiting a Seals Specialist to drive market share growth, technical advisory, and product development within a specialised product range. This role combines technical expertise, training, and client engagement.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Grow sales and market share of sealing solutions

• Provide technical training and product support to staff and customers

• Advise on product selection, installation, and troubleshooting

• Conduct market and competitor analysis

• Identify new business opportunities and product innovations

• Support marketing with technical documentation and catalogues

• Assist with customer queries, deliveries, and performance optimisation

Minimum Requirements:

• 5–7 years experience in seals / sealing solutions industry

• Strong technical knowledge of seals applications and systems

• Qualification in Engineering/Business (advantageous)
