KeyResponsibilities
LeadalldailyoperationsoftheTwyfordshowroom,ensuringapremiumcustomerexperiencethatreflectsourbrandstandards.
Recruit,train,mentor,andmotivateateamofsalesconsultantsandsupportstaff,fosteringacultureofexcellenceanddeepproductknowledge.
Implementandmaintainhighstandardsofvisualmerchandising,productdisplay,andshowroomcleanliness.
Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeyclients,architects,contractors,anddevelopers.
Analyzesalesdataandmarkettrendstoinforminventoryplanningandcommercialdecisions.
Upholdallcompanypolicies,procedures,andhealth&safetystandards.
Requirements
5+yearsofretailmanagementexperiencewithinamajor,structuredbuildingmaterialsorhomeimprovementretailchain.
Idealcandidateswillhavebenefitedfromacomprehensivein-housetrainingprogramandunderstandbestpracticesinsalesprocesses,customerservice,andstoreoperationsfromamarketleader.
Demonstratedabilitytolead,inspire,anddevelopasalesteam.Experienceinstafftrainingandperformancemanagementiscrucial.
