Plan, organize and lead daily activities in an auto repair shop Define and keep organized areas, activity spaces and material flows Prepare and maintain records of preventive maintenance and repairs. Develop maintenance plans and activity distribution Controlling activity costs Select and recruit technical staff for the workshopDefine, control and maintain workshop and employee performance indexes Organize tasks, priorities and area of action Lead and organize teams Communicate effectively verbally and in writing Qualifications and experience

Superior technical training in equipment maintenance Strong organizational and leadership skills Minimum experience of 5 years in leading and managing auto repair shops and large equipment. Knowledge of management models and error diagnosis Lean 6 sigma, Kanban, FMEA, 5 Whys, PDCA Knowledge of international maintenance standardsAbility to plan, organize and follow up on plans Ability to prepare instructions and manuals Ability to read and follow instructions, manuals, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical schematics Detect skills deficits and propose training plans
