A Leading Financial Services client requires a Senior Marketing Manager to be responsible for leading and managing the internal marketing team. Lead and manage the internal marketing team Oversee digital marketing and platform performance Maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersBrand budgeting Analyse customer insights and market trends within Banking/Financial Services sectors Create and maintain analytics reports Track and analyse marketing initiatives Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12 Tertiary Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Finance At least 5 years marketing management experience gained within Banking / Financial Services environment In-depth knowledge of banking regulatory requirements and compliance standards Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsWell-versed in online marketing tactics and social media strategy Package&Remuneration
