Responsibilities

Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy

Manage the strategy

Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align communication strategies and tactics.

Develop, lead and manage the digital marketing team

Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels

Measure ROI and KPIs

Prepare and manage digital marketing budget

Oversee all the company's social media accounts

Measure and manage online content

Analyse SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics to provide data-enriched recommendations to drive brand strategies and maximise ROI

Develop attribution models to support future campaign decisionsResearch competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement

Education and Experience

BCom, Marketing or Informatics degree will be advantageous

3 - 5 years of experience as a Head of Digital Marketing

5 - 8 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

5 - 10 years of hands‑on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and social media analytics tools and resources

Agency | Medical | Pharmaceutical knowledge and experience is highly advantageous.

Skills and Competencies

In depth knowledge of SEM and social media digital marketing channels

Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

Basic knowledge of web design procedures

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Austell's success
