Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with engineering and operational stakeholders. Provide on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, audits, and performance assessments.Conduct field trials and solution optimizations to meet operational and regulatory client needs. Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and technical solutions. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts and help expand the client base. Keep detailed records of service visits, technical performance, and customer feedback.Requirements BSc or NDip in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related technical field. 1-2 years of technical experience in industrial environments, preferably client-facing. Solid grasp of industrial processes and equipment across sectors such as petrochemical, mining, or manufacturing.Sales-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
