Our client, a renowned EPCM firm in the Middle East, is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead and enhance their procurement operations. This pivotal role will focus on aligning procurement strategies with business goals, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust procurement strategies to support organizational goals.

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure cost-effective, high-quality terms.

Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and value.

Oversee the procurement cycle, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement activities with project timelines and objectives.

Monitor inventory levels and anticipate purchasing needs to minimize downtime.

Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications&Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience in procurement, with [X years] in a managerial role, ideally within the EPCM sector.

Exceptional negotiation and supplier management skills.

Proficiency with procurement software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.

Strong organizational and communication abilities, with a strategic mindset.
