Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content, including text posts, videos, and images, to enhance brand reputation and increase customer engagement.
Reputation Management: Monitor and track brand mentions, reviews, and opinions across social media channels. Respond promptly and appropriately to customer queries, complaints, and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand presence across all digital platforms.
Influencer Engagement: Identify and engage with relevant social media influencers to increase brand visibility and build a strong online presence. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to drive positive opinions and increase brand credibility.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure engagement, sentiment, and overall campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize social media strategies accordingly.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry innovations, and emerging platforms. Explore new opportunities for engaging with customers and leveraging social media to drive positive opinions and brand loyalty.
Requirements
2+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the beverage industry.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends or patterns.
A creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to independently manage projects.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
