Technical Leadership:

Lead technical functions for projects and proposals, solving low-to-medium complexity engineering problems independently.

Design Mastery:

Develop and check discipline-specific deliverables, including E3D model development and detailed engineering layouts.

Quality&Compliance:

Maintain rigorous standards by ensuring all work aligns with the 4-eye checking process, industry best practices, and legislative codes.

Mentorship:

Actively support the growth of junior staff, sharing your deep technical knowledge and assisting in the creation of training manuals and presentations.

Requirements We are looking for a professional whose experience is measured by the impact and complexity of projects completed, not just years on a calendar.

Education:

National Diploma in Electrical Engineering AND a valid Trade Test qualification.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant design experience within a contracting environment (specifically Petrochemical or Chemical industries).

Tools:

High proficiency in MS Office and discipline-specific design software.
