Manage end-to-end event setup and execution mobile bars, teams, stock, and gear Lead teams of bar staff and runners on-site with confidence and efficiency Handle event prep at the warehouse and travel to venues for setup and pack-down Liaise with clients, suppliers, and venues to ensure flawless serviceEnsure compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards Complete post-event reporting, stock reconciliation, and team feedback Requirements

2+ years experience in events, hospitality, logistics, or bar operations Strong leadership skills able to manage teams under pressure Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and extended travel periods Confident on MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in stadiums or large-scale events is a big plusHigh levels of initiative, grit, and accountability We\'re Looking for Someone Who Is:
