Job Title: SHEQ Manager

Reference: JHB000955-VM-1 Well-known manufacturer and supplier of metal products has a position for a SHEQ Manager. This position is based in Germiston, Industries West. Working experience MUST include metal forging, press, furnace, or foundry experience. Duties&Responsibilities

Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the industrial product-manufacturing factory. Apply knowledge and experience relating to QA in terms of the hot working, forging, and pressing of steel products to ensure adherence to company manufacturing standards. Review and understand various manufacturing processes, identify and improve QA activities to prevent defective results.Establish a clearly defined QMS that is understandable and applicable by all production staff. Set up and maintain all QA control and documentation systems, collate and analyze product and process performance data. Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes, and workflows for quality and effectiveness; recommend improvements.Ensure compliance with SANAS standards. Maintain a safe work environment as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Develop and implement SHE plans and standards aligned to business strategies. Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and company standards throughout all operations.Investigate, develop, and improve existing SHE standards, systems, and procedures. Provide professional input and support regarding incidents, recommend corrective actions. Manage work-related injuries and diseases, promoting the health of workers. Minimum Requirements

Matric. National Diploma in Quality Management or higher. Minimum 3-5 years SHE process experience within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of raw materials and moulding equipment. ISO specialist working knowledge. Experience in the development and implementation of safety programs.Package&Remuneration
