Introduction
The role will be support, new configurations, upgrades, system administration, designing and implementing robust Document Management System (DMS). Duties&Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform requirements gathering and design DMS solutions that meet business needs. Support and maintenance of the current DMS applications, ensuring high performance and reliability. Implement best practices for DMS development, including version control, testing, and documentation. Monthly application reports, patches and other administration duties.Desired Experience&Qualification
Grade 12 IT Degree or National Diploma Essential Intermediate computer literacy level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in OpenText Archive Centre Knowledge of Documentum, SAP Connectors and Captiva will be an advantage.
