We are very fast paced and require a vibrant go-getter.Experience required: Drafting quality job specs Sourcing Advertising Jobs– with an effective marketing introduction Screening Shortlisting Candidate assessment and testing Interviewing Reporting on KPI’s and SLA Offer Management Employer Branding Mapping, creating and managing Talent poolsMatric Diploma / Degree in HRM or related Minimum of 3 years Internal Recruitment experience Minimum of 2 years Agency Recruitment experience Recruitment experience must include Technical / Sales / IT and Generalist positions Computer Literate (ATS, Job Portals and the full MS Office) Excellent communications and reporting skills
