SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER
Purpose Owns campaign strategy and delivery across all products, ensuring marketing drives acquisition, engagement and growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead campaign planning across Sport, Horse Racing, Casino, Retail&Brand
Translate business priorities into clear campaign plans
Own campaign calendars, briefs and execution across teams
Align Digital, Creative, CRM&Affiliate teams around campaigns
Monitor performance and optimise in-flight campaigns
Ensure consistent delivery across all channels
KPIs
Campaign delivery (on time, in full)
Player acquisition&engagement
Campaign ROI&performance
Cross-channel execution quality
