Join Enko Education Enko Education is an international school network focused on Africa, building a network of African International Schools in 10 African countries, offering education that gives students access to the world’s best universities.

Since 2014 we have helped thousands of students secure admission to top universities such as Yale, Sciences Po,École Polytechnique, and the University of Toronto, and we are on track to reach 20,000 students by 2028.

We are looking for a data‑driven marketer who can strategise on digital acquisition and roll up their sleeves to implement, measure and optimise. You will own the full growth funnel, from the first impression to a signed enrollment, working across the central team and the network of schools, orchestrating agencies and internal stakeholders to drive results.

Your Impact As Performance&Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the engine behind Enko’s digital acquisition and enrolment pipeline, working closely with management, school directors, admissions teams and external agencies to build a marketing machine that scales across African markets.

Performance Marketing&Paid Acquisition

Strategy&Execution:

Develop and own the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube for both the group and individual schools.

Agency Management:

Brief and oversee external agencies or freelancers, ensuring they are held accountable to strict performance targets and KPIs.

Conversion Optimization:

Design and iterate on conversion funnels, including landing pages, lead capture forms, and retargeting sequences through structured A/B testing.

ROI Tracking:

Own and report on key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and CPL to measure pipeline contribution.

Website&Digital Infrastructure

Digital Ecosystem:

Own Enko’s central and school websites, focusing on UX, page speed, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation.

MarTech Stack:

Manage the CMS and audit our marketing technology stack to implement robust tracking and tools that improve performance without adding complexity.

Growth&Demand Generation

Organic&Local Growth:

Drive SEO and AIO strategies and develop local acquisition playbooks to empower individual campus teams.

Lead Nurturing:

Design and automate workflows in Pipedrive to convert inquiries into booked admissions appointments.

Sales Alignment:

Work closely with admissions teams to close the loop between marketing leads and enrolled students.

Analytics&Reporting

Single Source of Truth:

Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health and channel performance across all schools.

Insights:

Deliver actionable weekly and monthly insights to school leadership to drive data‑informed decisions.

Your Profile

Experience:

At least 5+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally managing multi‑site or multi‑market digital acquisition.

Technical Mastery:

Proven track record in running paid campaigns (Google / Meta) and a strong command of funnel optimisation and A/B testing.

Toolbox:

Hands‑on experience with CMS (WordPress / Webflow) and marketing automation/CRM tools (Pipedrive is a plus).

Mindset:

Data‑driven, autonomous, and results‑oriented with a strong bias for action.

Languages:

Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
