What You'll Do

• Lead and manage stewarding operations and teams
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Coordinate with hospitality and kitchen teams
• Monitor stock levels and manage consumable procurement
• Train and mentor stewarding staff
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures

What You Bring

• Hospitality qualification advantageous
• Experience as a Chief Steward or Stewarding Manager
• Strong operational experience within hospitality environments
• Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning compliance standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational ability
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced operational settings
