Lead a specialized team to drive revenue and identify business opportunities within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB). You will craft sector-specific strategies and deliver complex trade solutions—including Flow, Structured, and FinTech—to a global portfolio of clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth:

Drive headline earnings and revenue targets for specific sectors; analyze financial data to optimize market positioning and value propositions.

Portfolio&Execution:

Oversee the end-to-end execution of trade deals, acting as the primary senior contact for client escalations and complex structured solutions.

Risk Leadership:

Serve as the "first line of defense" by partnering with Credit and BS&R units to manage NPLs and monitor portfolio health.

Team Leadership:

Manage and develop a professional team, overseeing pipeline management, deal quality, and career progression.

Solution Innovation:

Collaborate with Product Management and Distribution teams to commercialize digital trade solutions and maximize shareholder return.

Thought Leadership:

Represent the bank in industry forums, stay abreast of macroeconomic trends, and publish insights to enhance the bank's market-leading status.

Experience&Requirements

Leadership:

Proven experience leading Trade Finance or Structured Trade teams.

Sector Expertise:

Deep knowledge of Consumer, Diversified Industries, and TMT (Technology, Media&Telecommunications) sectors.

Technical Knowledge:

Expertise in Commodity ecosystems, Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, and self-liquidating solutions.

Strategic Mindset:

Ability to navigate disruptive markets and co-create bespoke financial models aligned with regulatory frameworks.
