YOUR TEAM&YOUR MISSION Join Eskimi’s Commercial Team and help scale our SME client base by generating new business through high‑volume outbound outreach and pipeline generation.

This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing smaller deals at scale, building a strong pipeline of SMB advertisers and agencies, and driving consistent revenue growth through efficient sales execution.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to onboard new clients and ensure successful campaign launches.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Drive outbound sales activity

Conduct high‑volume prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels

Identify and qualify SMB advertisers, agencies, and new market opportunities

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads

Convert opportunities into revenue

Run product introductions, demos, and solution presentations

Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed deal

Close smaller‑scale deals quickly while maintaining strong activity levels

Scale relationships

Develop relationships with multiple SMB clients within your territory

Identify upsell opportunities and expansion potential within accounts

Ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with Customer Success

Maintain operational discipline

Track outreach, opportunities, and deals in CRM

Maintain strong activity metrics and pipeline coverage

Stay updated on Eskimi products, digital advertising trends, and competitor solutions

WHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT Experience

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or digital advertising

Experience with outbound prospecting or high‑volume sales environments (BDR/SDR/SMB sales)

Skills

Strong prospecting and outreach discipline

Comfortable managing a large number of leads and conversations simultaneously

Ability to quickly understand client needs and position digital advertising solutions

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Data‑driven approach to pipeline and activity management

Knowledge

A basic understanding of digital marketing, programme advertising, or adtech is a strong advantage

Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive, etc.)
