Description

A high-growth international business is looking for a commercially minded analytics leader to drive digital measurement, attribution, customer journey analytics and marketing insight across a complex multi-market environment.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who combines deep technical analytics capability with strong commercial understanding and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

You will lead the evolution of the organisation's digital measurement framework, marketing attribution capability, reporting environment and insight strategy — helping drive smarter decision-making across marketing, digital and commercial functions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the digital analytics and insight function across multiple markets
  • Owning and evolving the organisation's GA4 and tag management ecosystem
  • Building advanced customer journey and funnel analysis capabilities
  • Developing attribution models and marketing measurement frameworks
  • Driving insight into channel performance, customer acquisition and conversion behaviour
  • Managing and enhancing Power BI reporting and dashboard environments
  • Translating complex data into commercially actionable recommendations
  • Partnering closely with marketing, digital, commercial and executive leadership teams
  • Supporting the development of data governance and measurement best practice
  • Mentoring and developing junior analytics talent

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in a senior digital analytics, marketing insight or measurement role
  • Deep expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager and digital tracking architecture
  • Strong SQL and data modelling capability
  • Advanced Power BI skills including DAX and dashboard development
  • Experience with attribution modelling and marketing performance analysis
  • Ability to connect analytics to commercial outcomes and business growth
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced or multi-market environments

Highly Advantageous

  • Marketing mix modelling exposure
  • BigQuery experience
  • CRM and web analytics integration experience
  • Exposure to privacy-safe measurement and consent frameworks
  • Python or R experience
