Description
Enko Education is seeking a driven project management intern to work within our Product department, helping to scale and optimize the emblematic products developed to support our pan‑African school network. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing organization dedicated to reshaping the African educational landscape.
Responsibilities Roll‑out and improve our teachers’ mass recruitment product (GEM)
Drive continuous improvements to the recruitment workflow, reducing execution time and enhancing user experience
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between Product, Development, candidates, reviewers, and interviewers
Analyze recruitment data and candidate feedback to identify bottlenecks and inform strategic recommendations
Design and implement communication strategies to engage partner schools and maintain relationships with shortlisted candidates
Conduct targeted research and surveys to guide product evolution
Coordinate Enko Education International Study Tours
Oversee logistics for 3 international student trips, including document collection, allocations, parent webinars, and chaperone training
Collaborate with the ECA Team to execute seamless trip coordination
Execute post‑trip communication plans, including internal reporting and external communications
Develop communication materials and rollout plans for all 2026 trips
Support the Learning&Teaching team in developing other products and initiatives
Conduct analysis to inform product strategy and guide development decisions
Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute product initiatives across the organization
Support product promotion and rollout to schools across the Enko network
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven adaptability and hands‑on execution in fast‑paced environments
Strong analytical and multitasking abilities
Bilingual French/English
Start date: January 2026
Duration: 6 months
Location: Ideally based in Johannesburg, South Africa but location can be flexible

Successful candidates must provide a
